🎯 Role Overview

Position: Officer – HR for Non-IT
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Role: Full-time
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Qualification: MSW/MBA
Preferred: Immediate joiners within 10 days

As an Officer – HR for Non-IT, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of HR functions and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

  • Monitor employee attendance and work hours
  • Maintain records for punctuality and absenteeism

  • Manage employee leave requests
  • Ensure compliance with company leave policies

πŸ”‘ FnF Settlements

  • Coordinate Full and Final settlements for employees leaving the organization

πŸ”‘ PF & ESI Compliances

  • Ensure timely compliance with Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) regulations

  • Address employee concerns and help resolve any workplace issues
  • Foster a positive work environment

πŸ”‘ Documentation & Filing

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure all HR documents are up-to-date and compliant with company policies

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees and management
