🎯 Role Overview

Designation: HR Officers (HR/IR)

• Role: HR Generalist
• Work Location: Near Bangalore International Airport

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management and Statutory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Officer (HR/IR), you will:

• Oversee and manage the overall Human Resource Management for contract employees.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, including labor laws and other regulations.
• Facilitate employee engagement and foster a productive workplace culture.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and other HR operational activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee relations and resolve grievances effectively.
• Support internal audits and ensure accurate documentation of compliance processes.

📋 Qualifications & Skills

• Education:
  • Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on statutory compliance and contract employee management.
• Preferred Gender: Male candidates only.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage compliance processes and audits.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
