🎯 Role Overview

    • Position: Executive HR / Sr. Executive HR
    • Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)
    • Department: HR & Administration
    • Reporting To: HR Manager

💼 Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
    • Leverage social media channels like LinkedIn to source and recruit top talent.
    • Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
    • Design and organize employee training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
    • Resolve employee relations issues, including complaints and conflict resolution.
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection and entry.
    • Maintain payroll systems such as SPP software (Saral Pay Pack), HRIS, and workforce management platforms.
    • Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure accurate payroll and HR information.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

    • Prior experience in HR, payroll, and employee relations is required.

Key Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and platforms.
    • Proficiency in social media recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
    • Hands-on experience with payroll systems like SPP (Saral Pay Pack).
