We are on the lookout for a dynamic and organized HR Operations Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all human resource activities at Kalvium. You’ll be the backbone of the HR department, ensuring everything from payroll management to employee engagement runs seamlessly.
💼 Key Responsibilities
As an HR Operations Specialist, your main duties will include:
- Payroll Management: Accurately process and manage employee payroll, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and statutory regulations.
- HRMS Platform Management: Handle the implementation and maintenance of the HRMS platform, ensuring smooth employee data management and reporting.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Leave and Attendance Management: Monitor and manage leave balances and attendance records, providing reports when necessary.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all HR operations comply with labor laws and company regulations.
- Employee Engagement Support: Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated and happy workforce.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in performance review processes and maintain performance data.
- Employee Query Resolution: Act as the go-to person for resolving HR-related queries.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, payroll processing, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms is highly desirable.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Payroll Processing: Knowledge of payroll management systems and statutory compliance.
- Data Management: Ability to maintain detailed and accurate employee records.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple HR functions efficiently.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to handle employee queries effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel: Advanced knowledge of Excel for reporting purposes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle confidential information with care and precision.
