We are seeking a seasoned HR Partner with proven expertise in L&D, Talent Management, Total Compensation & Rewards, and other key HR functions.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Business-Aligned HR Solutions: Develop and drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead career and skill development initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Succession Planning: Identify and groom future leaders through effective succession strategies.
- Leadership Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing coaching and guidance.
- Learning & Development: Design and implement innovative learning programs to upskill employees.
- Compensation & Rewards: Develop and manage compensation frameworks to attract and retain top talent.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, fostering adaptability and resilience.
- Employee Relations: Promote a positive workplace culture by resolving employee concerns and fostering engagement.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in HRBP roles, particularly in IT services companies (startups or mid-sized companies).
- Proven track record in managing key HR functions like L&D, Talent Management, Total Compensation, and Organizational Reviews.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA, MSW, MA in HRM, or equivalent HR certifications from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes.
Key Skills:
- Strategic HR Partnering: Ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Succession Planning: Expertise in identifying and developing future leaders.
- Leadership Coaching: Strong experience in partnering with and coaching senior leaders.
