Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive, your role will involve overseeing and managing the entire payroll process for the organization, ensuring that all statutory requirements are met. Here’s a breakdown of your key responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Handle the entire payroll process, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. This includes calculating salaries, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and any other employee benefits.

  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure that the company remains compliant with Indian labor laws, including PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions. You will be responsible for timely filings, payments, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Employee Queries: Address employee queries related to payroll, statutory benefits, and compliance issues in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Compliance Audits: Maintain up-to-date records of payroll and statutory compliance. You will be required to manage audits and ensure all legal requirements are met without fail.

  • Saral Software Expertise: Utilize Saral Software for payroll processing, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and reports are generated in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed reports to management regarding payroll expenses, compliance status, and audits. Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth internal and external audits.

Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR payroll and statutory compliance roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Saral Software is a must.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using Saral Software for payroll and statutory management. Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance laws is crucial.

  • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Understanding of Indian labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory deductions.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work with high accuracy and maintain meticulous records to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with employees and management effectively.
