๐ŸŽฏ Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to manage HR operations across the APAC region. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from Noida or Bangalore, with a strong focus on employee engagement, APAC payroll, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

As an HRBP, you will collaborate closely with leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives, address employee relations, and align HR strategies with business objectives.


๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
  • Foster open communication between employees and management to promote trust and transparency.

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and values.
  • Re-orient supervisors and team leaders to reinforce adherence to company policies, minimizing disputes and enhancing workplace harmony.

Employee Relations Case Management

  • Handle all internal and external employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

  • Maintain an up-to-date Case Log Report, consolidating data and tracking the status of all employee cases.

  • Prepare and issue notices, including:

    • Notice to Explain
    • Notice of Administrative Hearing
    • Notice of Decision
  • Facilitate administrative hearings and provide necessary documentation for compliance.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with APAC labor laws, including payroll regulations and employee rights.
  • Monitor floating employees and implement strategies to enhance retention and productivity.
  • Prepare documents and reports for DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) assessments and NLRC (National Labor Relations Commission) conciliation conferences.

Policy Implementation

  • Guide team leaders and supervisors on implementing the Employee Code of Conduct Policy.
  • Advise management on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to support business objectives.

Reporting and Metrics

  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Generate regular reports on employee engagement, retention, and compliance for review.

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably with a focus on APAC payroll and compliance.
  • Proven track record in managing employee relations and resolving complex workplace issues.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and employee case management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in HR documentation and compliance reporting.
