🎯 Role Overview
Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Department: Human Resources
Location: Bangalore, Whitefield
As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce. This role demands a deep understanding of HR practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. You will also play a key role in managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement a people agenda that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Employee Engagement: Act as a custodian of company culture, promoting inclusion, diversity, and a sense of belonging.
- HR Program Implementation: Design and execute HR programs and processes tailored to business needs, including performance management and employee engagement strategies.
- Policy Development: Develop and refine HR policies to ensure they meet the needs of the organization while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues by acting as a mediator between employees and management.
- Performance Management: Drive performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Grievance Handling: Manage employee grievances effectively while fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, leveraging data to make informed decisions and enhance HR processes.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in HR analytics, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for managing sensitive situations.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for streamlining processes.
