💼 Key Responsibilities
As the Jr. HR Executive in Tumkur, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Handling payroll activities, including ESIC, EPFO, and professional tax management.
