🎯 Role Overview

Position: Learning & Development Executive
Location: Formulation Plant, Vemagal Kolar, Bangalore
Experience: 1-3 years in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, LMS Management, Performance Improvement, and related fields.

As a Learning & Development Executive at Hetero Labs, you will play a key role in enhancing employee performance and ensuring continuous growth. You will be responsible for managing learning initiatives, employee engagement activities, and the overall development of the workforce to align with the company’s goals.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Learning Development: Design, implement, and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
• Employee Engagement: Organize and oversee activities to foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• LMS Management: Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and monitoring employee training progress.
• Performance Improvement: Evaluate training outcomes and implement strategies to improve employee performance.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on training effectiveness, engagement levels, and performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Work with department heads to identify training needs and implement tailored learning solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
• Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of learning strategies and tools.
  • Experience with LMS management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
