Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager – Learning & Development
Job Locations: Mysore & Bangalore

Gokaldas Exports Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional for the position of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager – Learning & Development. The role will focus on developing and delivering training programs for blue-collar employees and production teams across multiple manufacturing units. This individual will be responsible for implementing customer-driven training initiatives, promoting employee performance, and driving continuous improvement in factory operations. 💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Training Development and Delivery: Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs specifically tailored for blue-collar employees and production teams. This includes creating effective learning material and conducting training sessions.
  • Lean & 5S Training: Be well-versed in Lean methodologies and 5S principles to drive continuous improvement in factory operations. Lead the implementation of these concepts through training and workshops.
  • Customer-Driven Training: Understand business goals and develop training initiatives aligned with customer expectations. Ensure that training programs meet the needs of the business and enhance employee performance.
  • Mid-Management Training: Facilitate training sessions for mid-management staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to manage teams effectively and meet organizational goals.
  • Factory-Level Training: Travel to various factory locations to conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring consistent training quality across all units.

📋 Requirements

Education Qualification:

  • MSW/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6-12 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, preferably in manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience in designing and conducting training programs for blue-collar employees and production teams.
  • Strong understanding of Lean and 5S principles and experience in implementing these methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in facilitating training for mid-management employees at the factory level.

Skills Required:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, along with proficiency in regional languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu, is essential.
  • Training Material Creation: Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word) for creating training presentations, handouts, and other educational materials.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail when creating training materials and delivering content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
