💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Incharge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the plant’s machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising and managing all mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring seamless plant operations.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
- Monitoring equipment performance and ensuring strict compliance with industry safety standards.
- Collaborating with production and quality assurance teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Managing spare parts inventory and coordinating with vendors for timely procurement.
- Leading, mentoring, and training a team of maintenance technicians to build a skilled workforce.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and all statutory and safety regulations.
📋 Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in mechanical maintenance who can take ownership of this crucial role.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Education:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
