🎯 Role Overview
Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical)
Location: Pirangut, Pune / Belagavi, Hattargi
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical & Electrical
Experience: 4 to 6 years (Relevant)

We are looking for talented and experienced Engineers to join our Maintenance team, specializing in both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting, especially in high-precision auto components and machine shops.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- Breakdown Maintenance: Address and resolve all mechanical breakdowns effectively.
- Hydraulic & Lubrication Maintenance: Perform maintenance on hydraulic and lubrication systems.
- CNC, VMC, HMC Machine Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of CNC (Computer Numerical Control), VMC (Vertical Machining Centers), HMC (Horizontal Machining Centers), and grinding machines.
- Mechanical Assembly Repair: Independently repair mechanical assemblies and equipment.
- Shift Work: Willingness to work in all three shifts to maintain machinery operations smoothly.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Breakdown Resolution: Address electrical breakdowns related to CNC, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and hydraulic systems, with problem-solving skills.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance tasks and ensure equipment is operating at optimal performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance records and document activities.
- TPM Knowledge: Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes and practices.
- Spare Parts Management: Procure and manage critical and consumable spares, including in-house repairs.
- Independent Shift Handling: Take full responsibility for shifts, including breakdown management and maintenance execution.
- Proactive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to avoid major breakdowns.
📋 Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in a precision auto components machine shop environment.
- Experience with CNC, VMC, HMC machines and hydraulic and lubrication systems is essential.
- Familiarity with electrical systems like PLCs, CNC machines, and troubleshooting electrical issues is critical.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical systems in machinery.
- Hands-on experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in preventive maintenance and planned maintenance.
- Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
- Ability to manage critical spare parts and perform in-house repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- Capability to work independently and manage shifts effectively.
- Proactive approach to planning maintenance and minimizing breakdowns.
