🎯 Role Overview
Position: Supervisor/Officer/Executive
Departments: Production (Topical, Liquid, Packing, Dry Powder), Warehouse
Location: Mumbai, India
At Marksans Pharma, we are looking for experienced and driven professionals to join our team in various departments including Production (Topical, Liquid, Packing, Dry Powder) and Warehouse (RM/PM/Documentation). 💼 Key Responsibilities
Production – Topical
As a Supervisor or Officer in the Topical department, you will oversee the operation of key machines such as ADAM, SARATEC, and DHARMATEC for the production of topical pharmaceutical products. You will also ensure that Filling and Packing Machines like WORDPACK and PACMAC run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Production – Liquid
The Supervisor/Officer in the Liquid department will manage the production of liquid pharmaceutical products. This role will require you to ensure that all processes meet operational guidelines and that production timelines are adhered to, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Production – Packing
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blister machines and cartonator machines to ensure efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products. Additionally, you will manage Primary and Secondary Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring that each batch of products meets the required quality standards.
Warehouse (RM/PM/Documentation)
As an Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive in the Warehouse department, you will handle raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and maintain accurate documentation to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. The role requires attention to detail, compliance with pharmaceutical standards, and effective inventory management.
Production – Dry Powder
In the Dry Powder department, the Supervisor/Officer/Executive will oversee the entire production process of dry powder formulations, ensuring that production runs smoothly while meeting all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
📋 Requirements
Experience
- Production (Topical, Liquid, Dry Powder): 1-3 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Production (Packing) and Warehouse: 1-7 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Production – Topical: ITI, B. Pharm, SSC, Diploma
- Production – Liquid: ITI, Diploma, B. Pharm, B.Sc.
- Production – Packing: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B. Pharm
- Warehouse: B.Sc., B.Com.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in handling production machinery.
- Strong knowledge of QMS and pharmaceutical documentation standards.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality control.
