🎯 Role Overview

As a Jr. Executive/Executive in the Production Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of batch manufacturing activities while maintaining compliance with cGMP standards. This role involves overseeing daily production tasks, supervising teams, and ensuring product quality and safety.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Compliance with cGMP: Adhere to cGMP guidelines and ensure all manufacturing activities are compliant with regulatory standards.
- Maintaining Work Areas: Supervise cleanliness, orderliness, and discipline in the production area.
- Batch Manufacturing: Verify material quantities against Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and oversee addition processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in logbooks, log sheets, and BMRs for all production activities.
- Cross-Contamination Prevention: Implement systems to avoid mix-ups and ensure contamination-free operations.
- Yield Optimization: Achieve production yields within specified BMR limits while maintaining high efficiency.
- Manpower Management: Effectively handle and organize manpower for smooth shift operations.
- Safety Measures: Ensure the safety of personnel and products during manufacturing processes.
- Training: Conduct on-the-job training for production staff to improve their skills and awareness.
- Shift Operations: Monitor and manage production activities across shifts to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD or Manager.
📋 Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- UG: B.Pharmacy in Any Specialization
- PG: M.Pharmacy in Any Specialization
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in formulation and production management.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manpower handling and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
- Familiarity with production documentation and record-keeping practices.
