🎯 Role Overview

• • Education: MSW/MBA in HR or related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years in Plant HR, IR, Union Handling, and Administration in a manufacturing setup.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• • Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant level.
  • Union Handling: Expertise in collective bargaining and contract negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations set by labor departments.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee administrative functions and plant-specific workforce requirements.
  • Lead the resolution of employee grievances and maintain industrial harmony.

📋 Requirements

• • Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in labor law compliance, collective bargaining, and union negotiations.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a large workforce effectively.
