🎯 Role Overview
B Fouress Company is looking for dynamic, qualified professionals to fill several positions within our team. As we continue to expand and innovate in the hydropower industry, we are seeking candidates for key roles including Manager – Procurement (Fabrication), Manager – Procurement (Forging & Casting), Senior Manager – QA (Manufacturing), Manager – Accounts & Finance, Manager/Senior Executive – Internal Audit, and Project Executive/Senior Executive. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in heavy engineering, procurement, quality assurance, finance, and project coordination, with experience in similar roles within the manufacturing industry.
💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Manager – Procurement (Fabrication)
- Oversee the procurement process for heavy fabrications, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget constraints.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers of fabrication materials and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that fabrication components meet project specifications.
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency and quality optimization.
2. Manager – Procurement (Forging & Casting)
- Manage the procurement of forgings and castings, ensuring materials are sourced at optimal prices while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost and improve supplier relationships.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, manage audits, and ensure continuous improvement in forging and casting procurement.
3. Senior Manager – QA (Manufacturing)
- Develop and enforce quality assurance standards for heavy engineering products.
- Supervise quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Manage the QA team, train staff, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality manufacturing.
4. Manager – Accounts & Finance
- Manage financial operations, including treasury, payables, income tax, and salary processing.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits and financial assessments.
5. Manager/Senior Executive – Internal Audit
- Lead and conduct statutory audits, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Handle GST refunds, LCs, and bank guarantees efficiently.
- Proficiency in Tally and handling financial records will be essential.
6. Project Executive/Senior Executive
- Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and manage project documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills is essential.
📋 Requirements
Manager – Procurement (Fabrication) & Manager – Procurement (Forging & Casting)
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 10-12 years in heavy engineering and fabrication or forging & casting sectors.
- Skills: Strong supplier management and procurement skills, cost optimization expertise, and negotiation skills.
Senior Manager – QA (Manufacturing)
- Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 10-12 years in quality assurance within heavy engineering.
- Skills: Strong background in quality management and manufacturing processes.
Manager – Accounts & Finance
- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter
- Experience: 5-8 years in accounts, treasury, and income tax.
- Skills: Proficient in financial management, salary processing, and statutory compliance.
Manager/Senior Executive – Internal Audit
- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CMA or CA Inter
- Experience: 5-8 years in internal audits, GST refunds, and bank guarantees.
- Skills: Tally proficiency and strong knowledge of compliance regulations.
Project Executive/Senior Executive
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 1-3 years in project coordination
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and effective communication.
