🎯 Role Overview
Position: Quality Control (QC)
Department: Quality Assurance
Location: Nelamangala, Karnataka
We are looking for a male QC professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in the feed or food industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards and will bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and quality assurance.
💼 Key Responsibilities
As a QC professional at Nutri Feeds & Farms, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our feed products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Quality Monitoring: Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished feed to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Testing & Analysis: Perform laboratory tests to evaluate the safety, composition, and quality of feed products.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all processes align with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company protocols.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production and implement corrective actions to enhance quality.
- Documentation: Accurately record test results, observations, and corrective measures to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production and R&D teams to address quality-related issues and support new product development.
- Safety Protocols: Uphold strict safety and hygiene standards within the QC lab and production areas.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a quality control role within the feed or food industry.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for the feed and food industry.
