🎯 Role Overview
Position: Regional HR Manager
Location: Bangalore (covering Karnataka region)
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Sector Preference: BFSI, NBFC, Retail
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Regional HR Manager to lead and execute HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals across Karnataka.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional business heads and stakeholders.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- HR Operations: Ensure seamless HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee records management.
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Retention & Employee Relations: Develop strategies to retain talent and address employee grievances effectively.
- HR Dashboards: Maintain and present HR dashboards for reporting and analytics.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to develop employee competencies.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, or Retail sectors.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
Key Skills:
- HR Strategy & Operations: Strong understanding of HR processes and strategic HR planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with senior business leaders and influence decision-making.
- Talent Acquisition: Proven expertise in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Employee Engagement: Adept at designing and executing engagement programs.
- Data Analytics: Ability to analyze HR data and present insights through dashboards.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies and compliance requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
