π― Role Overview
Position: HR Executive
Location: Hubli
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Banking/NBFC sectors
Education: MBA (preferred)
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred
We are looking for an immediate joiner (or within 15 days) to join our HR team in the Hubli office and contribute to the recruitment efforts within our banking division.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for various roles within the organization.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and timelines.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and reference checks for candidates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and track all job applicants.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
π Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the banking/NBFC sector.
- Previous experience in hiring for banking or financial services is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available in less than 15 days are preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and HRMS.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
