We are a growing healthcare organization with over 250 beds, including 50+ critical care beds and a NICU for newborns. 🎯 Role Overview

Position: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – HR (Preferably Female Candidate from Hospital Background)

Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru

SPARSH Hospital is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our Human Resources team in Yelahanka. This role will be pivotal in handling a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout their journey at SPARSH Hospital.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and issuing job offers.
  • Employee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization and have a positive experience from day one.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster positive relationships, and provide support for conflict resolution, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and organizational requirements.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure they are consistently followed across departments.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist the payroll team in processing employee salaries, handling benefits administration, and managing employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR-related regulations, and provide HR reports to the senior management team.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare sector or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, and compliance.
  • Prior exposure to hospital settings or similar industries will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HR software, MS Office Suite, and other office tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
