As a Senior HR, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and contributing to the companyβs strategic objectives. Your role will encompass recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management, all while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is hired for various manufacturing roles.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of new hires with comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with industry best practices and labor regulations.
