🎯 Role Overview

Position: Senior Executive HR
Department: Human Resources
Location: Bagalkot
Reporting To: HR Manager

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Implement and manage HR policies and processes, tailored to a manufacturing environment.
• Handle payroll, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration.
• Lead employee engagement and development initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Collaborate with management to create HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage grievance handling, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in HR audits, reports, and employee performance management systems.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Prior experience in the EV sector is an added advantage.

Education:

• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in HR.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR processes in manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
