🎯 Role Overview

Position: Store Executive

Experience: 2-4 years in Stores Management
Education: Any Degree or Diploma

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing the inventory and store operations at Wonderla Resort. This is a key position that requires someone with a background in hotel or retail industries, and familiarity with inventory management software like ERP or SAP. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience handling store operations efficiently.

In addition to inventory management, the role involves effective communication with other departments to ensure that resources are available and operations run smoothly.


💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Store Executive at Wonderla Resort, you will take charge of the following key responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of goods and supplies used within the resort. Ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet the operational requirements of the resort.
  • Procurement & Stock Ordering: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely ordering and receipt of necessary goods. Maintain a well-organized stockroom and assist in ordering products required for daily operations.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to track inventory levels, process orders, and generate inventory reports. Ensure that data entry is accurate and timely.
  • Stock Audits: Regularly perform stock audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and identify discrepancies. Work with the team to resolve any discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
  • Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that products are properly displayed, categorized, and organized for ease of access.
  • Customer Support: Work closely with other departments to ensure that inventory requirements are met. Act as a liaison between departments to resolve any supply shortages or stock issues.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all store activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper documentation of inventory movement and purchases.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and procurement teams to anticipate inventory needs based on upcoming events, peak seasons, and demand forecasting.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in stores management or inventory control in the hotel or retail industry.
  • Experience working with inventory management software such as ERP, SAP, or other similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management processes in a fast-paced environment like a resort or hotel.

Education:

  • Any Degree or Diploma. A background in Food Technology, Hotel Management, or related fields will be a plus.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using other software tools for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and other departments.
