🎯 Role Overview
The Store Incharge will oversee the management of inventory, ensure proper documentation, and support ongoing industrial automation projects. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations by handling materials, quality checks, stock monitoring, and ERP data entry. The position requires strong organizational and documentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
- Accurately record receipts and dispatches of inventory in the system.
- Organize the storage of materials systematically to improve accessibility and prevent damages.
2. Project Support:
- Handle project-specific materials and ensure their timely availability for operations.
- Enter invoices into the ERP software, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and update stock records accordingly.
3. Documentation:
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on stock status, monthly expenditures, and inventory checks.
- Maintain all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Quality Control:
- Inspect all incoming materials for both quality and quantity, ensuring they meet required standards.
- Identify and report defective or non-compliant materials promptly.
5. Re-Ordering:
- Regularly monitor stock levels and identify items that require replenishment.
- Notify the purchasing team when stock is low and coordinate for timely reordering.
6. Waste Disposal:
- Dispose of expired, defective, or waste stock according to company policies and environmental standards.
- Keep records of all disposals to ensure transparency and compliance.
7. Audits:
- Participate actively in quarterly, half-year, and annual audits to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Address discrepancies identified during audits by implementing corrective actions.
📋 Skills and Expertise Required
1. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and ERP software for inventory management.
- Hands-on knowledge of Control Electrical Panels is a must.
2. Documentation & Organization:
- Strong ability to organize stock records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with reporting standards in the automation or manufacturing sectors.
3. Problem-Solving:
- Ability to identify inventory-related issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor stock flow and optimize storage systems.
4. Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative and adaptable attitude to handle dynamic project requirements.
5. Attention to Detail:
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory records and documentation.
