π― Role Overview
Position: Strategic HRBP
Department: Human Resources
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Strategic HRBP roles within BPO, IT, or ITES industries.
As a Strategic HRBP, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational needs, talent management, and business operations to help the company achieve its goals and drive performance across all levels.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategies in alignment with the companyβs business goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to address organizational challenges, providing insights on talent development and organizational design.
- Manage workforce planning and ensure effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure performance management is aligned with organizational expectations, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to managers, guiding them on HR policies and procedures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, improving company culture and enhancing workforce productivity.
- Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.

Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Strategic HRBP roles, particularly within BPO, IT, and ITES industries.
Key Skills: - Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with senior leadership and employees.
- Proven leadership abilities in driving organizational change and performance improvements.
