🎯 Role Overview

Position: QA, QC, AR&D & Manufacturing (Executive | Sr. Executive | Operator)
Department: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Analytical Research & Development, Manufacturing
Location: Tenshi Kaizen Pvt. Ltd., KIADB Industrial Area, Harohalli, Kanakapura, Bengaluru – 562112

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all processes.
  • Perform quality testing and validation for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Manage documentation for quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis of new formulations as part of Analytical R&D processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues in manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning to ensure efficient production.
  • Work on process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Maintain and report on project timelines, quality metrics, and process outcomes.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

  • 1–6 years in OSD/Injectables for QA, QC, and AR&D positions.
  • 0–7 years in Manufacturing (Diploma in Mechanical/EEE/Electrical/Automobile).
    Key Skills:
  • Expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Strong experience with OSD formulations or injectable products.
  • Proficiency in quality testing, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
