🎯 Role Overview

Location:

Shimoga, Karnataka

Shahi Exports is hiring for two key roles that directly impact the professional growth and engagement of our workforce. If you are passionate about driving employee development programs and fostering a positive, engaging environment, we want you to be part of our team.

Training and Development (2 Positions):

As a Training and Development professional, your key role will be to design, implement, and manage training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and fostering leadership capabilities within the workforce. You’ll work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide innovative learning solutions.

Employee Engagement Officer (2 Positions):

As an Employee Engagement Officer, you will be the backbone of our employee engagement strategy, ensuring employees feel motivated, recognized, and valued. You will play a vital role in improving workplace morale, organizing events, and creating initiatives that strengthen employee satisfaction and retention.


💼 Key Responsibilities

Training and Development (2 Positions):

  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee capabilities and promote career growth.
  • Assess training needs through collaboration with department managers.
  • Create and manage both online and offline learning materials.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to staff members as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.

Employee Engagement Officer (2 Positions):

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies to improve workforce motivation.
  • Organize engagement events, workshops, and initiatives that promote collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Track and measure employee satisfaction and create programs to address concerns.
  • Communicate regularly with employees to ensure a transparent, approachable work culture.
  • Build strong relationships with employees to promote open communication.
  • Collaborate with HR to support retention efforts and reduce attrition.
  • Ensure alignment between employee needs and organizational goals.

📋 Requirements

Training and Development (2 Positions):

  • Qualifications: MSW/MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development within the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
    • Ability to assess training needs and create customized programs.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using training management systems and learning platforms.

Employee Engagement Officer (2 Positions):

  • Qualifications: Any degree with a strong command of communication skills, especially English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to manage employee engagement programs and events.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Knowledge of employee retention strategies and morale boosting activities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
    • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
    • Preferably female candidates.
