🎯 Role Overview
As a Design Engineer, you will play a vital role in creating, testing, and improving designs for precision CNC components. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure that designs are efficient, manufacturable, and compliant with industry standards.

💼 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidCAM software.
- Designing and optimizing precision CNC-machined components for various industries, including aerospace.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into feasible designs.
- Ensuring that all designs align with AS 9100 standards and customer specifications.
- Revising designs based on client feedback and manufacturing limitations.
- Documenting design processes, revisions, and technical details for future reference.
- Troubleshooting design-related issues during production and suggesting improvements.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency and reduce costs.
📋 Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Education:
- BE in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in design engineering or a related field.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidCAM design tools.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and design for manufacturability.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities to address design and production challenges.
