🎯 Role Overview
Position: Production Associate/Senior Associate & Quality Assurance Associate/Senior Associate
Location: Mylan Laboratories Limited, No. 284/B1, Bommasandra Jigani Link Road, Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 6 years
Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy / M.Sc

💼 Key Responsibilities
Production Associate/Senior Associate
- Handle injectable production and aseptic processing activities (Vial/PFS, Bulk compounding, sterilization, Lyophilization, and Terminal sterilization).
- Perform in-process checks, line clearance activities, and shift activities management.
- Oversee infusion bags processing and manage manpower during production shifts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the production process.
- Maintain quality compliance by preparing QRM, Incident Reports, OOL/OOS investigations, and CAPA.
- Work with TW, Documentum, MES, and SAP systems to track and monitor processes.
Quality Assurance Associate/Senior Associate
- Perform IPQA duties, including in-process checks, sterility assurance, and batch records review.
- Manage regulatory guidelines, CGMP requirements, and regulatory inspections.
- Oversee manufacturing and laboratory investigations, market complaints, and CAPA management.
- Conduct quality risk assessments and support quality councils and product quality reviews.
- Handle IT-enabled QMS applications and process validations.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in injectable production or quality assurance, with hands-on knowledge in aseptic processing, sterilization, and regulatory compliance.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of injectable manufacturing processes (Aseptic processing, Lyophilization, Vial washing, etc.).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CGMP requirements, regulatory inspections, and QMS.
- Proficiency in MES, SAP, Documentum, and TW.
- Ability to handle shift activities and coordinate with team members.
- Experience in quality risk assessment, CAPA management, and manufacturing investigations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
- B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, or M.Sc in relevant fields.
