🎯 Role Overview

Position: Welfare Officer (Female)
Location: Doddballapura, Bangalore Rural
Department: Employee Welfare
Reporting Manager: HR Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Welfare Officer who will promote employee welfare, resolve grievances, and enhance the well-being of our workforce, especially blue-collar employees at our Doddballapura production unit.

💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Welfare Officer, your primary duties will include:

• Promoting Employee Welfare: Act as the point of contact for employee welfare activities and initiatives.
• Grievance Handling: Resolve grievances of blue-collar workers in a compassionate and effective manner.
• Onboarding Support: Manage the onboarding process for new blue-collar employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Training & Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions focused on skill enhancement and personal development.
• Employee Engagement: Organize events and programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports to management regarding employee welfare activities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety standards.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in a garments manufacturing unit or a related industry.

Educational Qualifications:

• MSW (Master of Social Work) or equivalent qualification.

Key Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with blue-collar workers and management alike.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Effective in handling employee grievances and providing suitable resolutions.
• Training & Development: Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
• Data Management: Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and maintaining employee data.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹22,000 to ₹35,000 gross per month (based on experience)
